'Internet' Sign Nobel Peace Prize Nomination

Each year, the Nobel committee accept the proposed recipient of the Nobel Prize nomination according to their respective fields. So far, the Nobel is not only a person or group of people, but also an institution.
In fact, this year, the Internet as a technology was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. As reported by Wired magazine published by Italy, the proposal submitted by Shirin Ebadi, Nobel Peace Prize in 2003. Internet is considered worthy of the Nobel Prize for successfully promoting dialogue and democracy.
Currently, the Internet is the world's spotlight since Google claims to stop the sensor services in China. This caused a little tension between China and the United States.
Internet must compete with numerous other nomine, for example by Liu Xiaobao, human rights activist jailed recently proposed by the Government of China Kwame Anthony Appiah, professor of philosophy from Princeton University, USA. Another competitor is Svetlana Ganushkina, Russian activists, and the organization Memorial, the proposed Norwegian politician, Erna Solberg.
