France authority which regulates the protection of personal data in France dropped the fines to the Google. This is because Google is considered disturbing the privacy of citizens during while recording scene for Google’s Street View services.
Fines are imposed because Google is considered not in good faith. indeed, citizens personal data has been removed from the recording panoramic images collected by Google. However, it is evident that Google is also collecting data points hot spots private property without their knowledge.

Google’s Street View services run since 2007 with purposes to displaying 3D scene on a digital map from certain places. However, the data recording process sometimes invited controversy.
